I have noticed in several places on the Lake Ouachita buoys in coves.or on points. Nothing shows on my sonar, but they are impossible to pull up. Recently in Simpson Hollow a new one appeared, it is a large boat fender with a steel cable attached to it, apparently it is attached to the bottom or a very large anchoring system. Has anyone got any idea what the purpose of these buoys??
Someone said it was people putting out house boat moorings, but Simpson Hollow is full of stumps and dead trees Not and ideal place to swim or ski.. Bill
