Best catfish I ever ate. I think you should make Bang Bang sauce a regular option for the wings. Several of my friends have tried wings with the Bang Bang and it is excellent! Very pleased to see the huge crowd also. The deck was full and still folks coming in. We were ready to go and just waiting to pay our checks and gladly gave up our table to others coming in that wanted to sit outside. Even with the surprise crowd service was adequate, especially considering there was a party of 12 folks.

Keep up the good work Chris and start shopping for some portable propane heaters for the deck! Looks like you may be needing them.
