I don't know a lot about it but realize that is not a requirement on here. 

1. Get back to where we were before Obamacare.  It placed restrictions on existing employee and got plans rhat were working good.   First rule of medicine is ........you know 

2.  Protect the 85 percent that was working

3.  Allow insurance competition across state lines

4.  Allow folks to purchase as much or little as they want or meed5

5.  Handle med prices somehow 

6.  Tort reform to eliminate need for useless procedures 

7.  Catastrophic insurance like lolyds of London handles it on beach properties 

8.  I am sure others can add better ideas

How would you do it.  Have you ever worked in insurance?  Do you know premium is raised sometime to make folks get off non profitable business?
