I would guess Nails just received a load of fuel at the new higher price and the increased retail is reflective of higher wholesale costs. 2 days this week, wholesale went up .04, with each of the other days posting increases ranging from a half cent to one and a half cents. And since March 11, wholesale is up over $.20/gallon
