This case will be a landmark case for future accidents on the lake.  Confusing how wife was supposedly driving but husband takes plea deal.  I didnt even think that was possible.  His guilty plea was to "negligent operation of a vessel".  Operation means driving.  Dont understand that but as the case goes this will be huge for people who are doing no wrong and end up in a bad situation like this.  Sad situation all the way around.  I feel like the mastercraft driver who was with no lights and engine not running and blew over the alcohol legal limit should have had more consequences to pay.  He walked away with a BUI.
