I read somewhere that the contract with the Dominion company and those who were going to use the voting software they could not use reverse engineering to obtain the source code. That's pretty standard so that someone cannot steal software but in this particular case some courts may have to intervene and require it to be done.
I do believe this is the surest Avenue to obtain a major vote count difference
Also there was a discussion of owners or sponsors of the software and there were some pretty significant Democratic ties
