Gotta question....going down channel from rock towards chucks.  Right before you take the right to go back to chucks on the left side of the channel there is an island with for sale signs on it.  \Looks big enough to put a small cabin on but in reality is that a piece of land to buy for the sake of owning an island or would they allow someone to develop it...meaning put a house on it?  If so how would you work utilities and most important sewage.  Not sure I understand why anyone would buy that?
