First, let me quote the brain dead moron lest you think I am kidding.  Today, we received news that our economy had 0% inflation in the month of July — 0%,” Biden said. “Here’s what that means: while the price of some things go up — went up last month, the price of other things went down by the same amount. The result? Zero inflation last month.  

The only problem is that the annualized rate of inflation in July was 8.5%....not zero.  Presumably the halfwit was referring to the fact that inflation didn't get worse in July......it just stayed at the same really bad level of 8.5% in June.  That is the most charitable way to put this.  The middle charitable view is that he thinks Americans are incredibly stupid and will not believe their lying eyes and believe his lying lips.  The least charitable view is he is actually stupid and senile enough to believe that no growth in the rate of inflation in July means 0% inflation.  I am going with the latter explanation.  He is mentally unfit to be President and is surrounded by a team that is intellectually unfit to advise a President on anything.
