When the cold and flu season hits I start taking zinc and quercetin twice daily along with Vitamin D which I take daily year round.  I have my store of Ivermectin and will follow the Frontline doctor's protocol like I did when I had the virus in January 2022.  Very mild symptoms and if I had avoided the dang sinus infection (which I get almost every time I have a cold) I would have been completely symptom free in a day or two.  Fever went away within a day and a half of taking Ivermectin.  Even so, I only missed a few hours of work to sleep. 

The key to Ivermectin or HCQ is to take them at the onset of symptoms, along with the other supplements....if you wait they will not help as they do is limit viral replication, they do nothing to the existing viral load so after 5 days of being symptomatic you can forget using them....they won't hurt you, but they won't help as you are already loaded with the virus.  And if you use too small a dose they also will not help........it seems like a lot but their recommended dosing works and is safe.  Follow the protocol and if you aren't in the high risk group you will be fine.  If I were I would taken the risk of getting the gene therapies.
