Anyone ever been stopped for noise levels being too high?

"It is illegal to operate a powerboat or PWC, or allow others to operate, in such a manner that the noise level exceeds 86 decibels measured at 50 feet from the boat or PWC. You must submit to a noise level test if requested by any law enforcement officer. "

I sure have heard boats on the lake that wouldn't pass that test. Is there no enforcement?
