Hi lakebum. I am around. I see you are an early riser like I am even in retirement. When I say early riser, I am referring to getting up (oh heck) I mean waking up early in the morning even in retirement. LOL

Now to the substance of my post. Folks take a look at eBay and you will find the following: Lake Martin View Lot - Lake Martin in Alabama. It is currently at $4,300.00 and has almost 20 days before the auction closes. Like it says it is Lake view and not on the Lake. Located in Dadeville. Also while you are on eBay look at the following eBay items #s; 2241958070 & 2257222463. Somebody is selling rocks out of Lake Martin. Now don't drop all those rocks on the House Boats. Save a few to sell on Fleabay or maybe list them as rocks dropped on House Boat.
