PA. got it right for PA. To abide by PAs laws you will have to move there. To use Stratmans own logic, trotlining, float fishing, pole fishing and such was here long before 80% of yall move to the lake and started trying to disrupt our peaceful way of life. Disrupting our community. Kinda sticks in your craw like Kereoke don't it.
