For those with Coosa County Property - Look at your tax bill that you should of received this past week. Mine stated "Delinquent After Dec 31, 2003" and for "Tax Year: 2004". I called, and the County was in error. Bill should state "Delinquent After Dec. 31, 2004" and for "Tax Year: 2005". I would recommend you make pen & ink changes to bill and annotate for Tax Year: 2005 on your payment instrument (check). As stated on your bill you can also send a self addressed stamped envelope for an original receipt. I may do just that to see what they state on the receipt.

By the way, there was no increase in my taxes from last year.
