Everything you mentioned is availble if you have the money to cover it. Like everywhere, water front property is expensive and continuning to climb. The difference between the price of property touching the water and that near the water is astronomical. The more land touching the water the more expensive and desirable. So don't so much look at lot size but look at how much water frontage. The best way to answer your question about water levels is to tell you to look at the bottom of the screen on this Forum and click on the site map. Then click on water level history. It will give you the month by month water levels for the calendar year. Best location on the Lake for you depends on what is availabble and your exact needs, and my recommendation is to make a few visits and look around. Search on the Forum for past discussions on Lake Martin real estate. You will receive more opinions that you ever wanted along with some solid advice.
