Hey weagle89, I understand. We all have to take major decisions and balance the pros and cons on the scale and see which way it tilts. It will tilt differently for each of us. Does not mean that there is a right or wrong universal answer. Tried to point out some of those pros and cons for each situation. One thing for sure - none of us will loose from the enjoyment of Lake Martin or from the investment we are making. Hope it goes well for you.
