There is a company in Dawson, Georgia that makes all types of covers. Though they specialize in covers for flat bed trucks, I talked to them several years ago about making a new cover for my pontoon boat. They told me to send the old cover and they would give me an estimate. They did give me some ball-park figures for a 24 footer, but this would not likely be helpful to you since this was some time ago. As it turns out, I bought a new pontoon and did not follow up.

Theirs will be very high quality. So it will not be a bargain.

Dawson is between Columbus and Albany, Georgia. It is about 20 miles this side of Albany. If you use Google and put in Dawson Georgia and tarps, I am sure this will show their web page. Don't have there phone number of web address right now.
