The culture of these people in NO, (not all, but 80% of them)has always been a gemee, gemee situtation .And the Goverment has pacerfied them for years, as in others areas of the USA to keep peace,when they should have been telling what makes babies. Before the chit hit the fan ,they were told to get the h`ell out, but it was close to the first of the month, time for the goverment checks to arrive. Will add more if you wont me to be polittly incorrect
