Mine for Coosa Co. was up over 40%. My neighbors got notices a couple of months ago that their appraised value had gone up, but I got nothing. Did you get a notice? I was able to appeal my notice of increase in value in Jefferson Co. this year and I was successful in my appeal. I would think they would be required to notify you of that much of an increase. P.S. Headed to the lake now and will not be back on PC until Wednesday night.
