Osms, but they may not have much in the way of docking. I think they were just putting in a seawall when I was down. Someone told me they might be offering limited docking with ownership in the community and boat ferrying services to one of the marinas.

I do not believe they have much water frontage. I want to say less than 700 ft., but it is just a guess on my part Looking at the picture on the web site, it appears most of the buildings are off water. It is at the very end of a slough across the main water from Parker Creek Marina.
