and I think you may of answered some of your own questions. If the condition existed over 4 months ago, why did they relieve the 2 Star who had only been in the job for 5 months. Was he provide the resouces to correct the problem.

I would like to believe the 2 Star probably provided great service to his and our Country for better than 30 years before this event. You want to strip him of his service after he was sacrificed by those in real power
