There are probably a lot of folks who will have some difficulty removing their boat(s) from boathouses. I might have the same difficulty if I had a boathouse.

Now, you might say we or you should of known better, but most would reply they built the boathouse within length restrictions set by APCO and the prevailing water level of 490' for generations. The water level has not yet reached my new seawall. If I had known the new standard was 485" then I would of increased the amount of water frontage I own. (I realize this was not your question.)

What is your personal situation? You must either not have a place on the Lake or a deep water location to where it is of no significance to you.

I am not too worried since I am in hopes, and of a belief this is an aberration.
