Actually we are pleased with the new place, and things are not all that bad.

We should be moved in by about this time next year. Thanks for asking.

We will have the house warming party at your place so we can collect enough house warming gifts to furnish the new place.

Otherwise, everyone will be sitting on the sun baked lake bed admiring the empty new house.
