You said you had local contact number for your cable/telephone folks. Can you share those. I am trying to switch but having a 'language barrier' with all the reps I keep getting. I talked with one guy last week that was very helpful. I needed to check out a couple of things before committing so he gave me a number to call. He said it was his bosses voicemail. I called Friday and left a voice mail but never heard back. I tried on Tuesday and that mailbox is full. Today I got somebody that tried to get me to pay more for less than what I get with Charter.

It would be nice to speak someone local.
