Per their website --

The main ingredient in X-14 Mold & Mildew Stain Remover is sodium hypochlorite at a level generally 60% higher than similar bleaches on the market. The product is activated by pH adjustments.

sodium hypochlorite is high concentrate bleach.

But never changed the color of our patio furniture cushions but they were made out of a nylon type fabric.

If you try it, I would try a sample spot to ensure it will not bleach out the cover. And also a through rinsing with a soapy water to ensure all the X-14 is rinsed away as would not be good for the threads to have then soaking in bleach.
