I have cried and I have prayed and will continue to pray for our brave men and women serving our country. I called a young man in New Mexico yesterday while campaigning. He did not receive his absent- t ballot in the mail so he went to vote in person. He was denied his vote. He leaves for IRAC in a week and was upset that he did not get to cast a vote for his future. That broke my heart! I have promised to be his support through his campaign. You see, it does not take government for people to have compassion in their hearts and minds. We must prepare for the days ahead.
