McCain made famous "Joe the Plumber"---repeatedly mentioning him in one of the debates. Now Obama is using "Elkhart the ________"

What should we call it? Over and over he referred to the RV manufacturing town that he visited today, for show. I feel for their job loss, we are in a tough time, but his using Elkhart was no different than the Joe the plumber routine.
