The comment he is refering too was made by Rush as the Clinton's was crossing the South Lawn. I don't remember exactly the quote but he said something about Clinton walking HER DOG. Referring to Hillary as walking Bill. Chelsea was present, but was NOT the topic of the comments. I heard it live, and have seen it repeated ad nausem. It was just after he had been impeached and was retuning from somewhere (Camp David I think) so it was not even close to '94 and had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH CHELSEA. Yes, he did refer to BILL as a dog, but he is, so whats the point?
