If a group of skin heads attempted to keep black voters from a poling place, would the Justice Department take this position if a lawsuit were filed?
"The Justice Department has told the federal attorneys who filed a civil complaint against the New Black Panther Party for disrupting a Philadelphia polling place last year not to cooperate with an investigation of the incident by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights".

Just remember - civil rights crimes can ONLY be committed against a "protected group." I am still waiting for someone to explain the need for a "hate crime" bill.
