on this site about investing. Have a little money in a corporate bond fund and a municipal bond fun. Very likely interest rates will increase next year and of course bond funds will fall. Do you agree about interest rate increases? Do you plan on sitting tight or moving your money somewhere else?

Pretty much got out of the market in 2002 and invested mostly in Lake and Mountain Real Estate. I looked like a genious for several years.... not so much now. Oh well, I figure I got another 10 years left in me so, hopefully things will turn around in the Real Estate market. If not, I have seen some pretty good deals on double-wides.
