Does anyone have any recommendations for someone that does small engine repair? I'm up near Alexander City and have a tiller that isn't cranking... it's a 7 HP and I'm trying to find someone that can work on it and does a good job. Thanks for any input you might have!

If you can't find anyone, maybe my son Chris would look at it...he can tinker about anything back to life if he puts his mind to it.

If you'll put a Mercury or any other Marine sticker on it, Cathouse will fix it. It'll be slingin' dirt everywhere.

I have a 1978 Troybuilt that is leaking at the gearbox seals that go to the axle. I can't find an authorized Troy service place. Anybody know one?

if CAT screws up the rebuild on a 1,000 HP engine and loses a 100 HP, he still ends up with 900 HP. However, when he loses the 100 HP on a small rebuild he done blowed it up. That's scary.

CatHouse does a tiller. I can just see it. Dual exhaust with headers, fuel injected with NOX booster, stainless steel times....

What did I miss CAT?

Ummm,

I was going to say this last night but backed out of the post. The problem is, no one wants there tiller to burst through the ground in China. And that is just what will happen. If you take it to Cathouse. You will take in a 7 HP and get a 700 HP back. The tines would dig in so fast it would just become a bore drill and burst into the air from the ground, engine roaring, tines spinning in some rice field in the Szechuan province in china. The there will be a international incident that the state department will get involved in becasue the Chy-comz think we are using tillers from a new Top Secret U.S. lab called Cathouse to spy on them.

Then Cat will be in trouble with Hillery Clinton Geezzz Man! It would just be a mess political international mess.

But you know,,,,,,, In after thought,,,,,,,,, Yea, let Cat have a stab at it now that I think about it!

A.J.s Dad arrived at Cathouse this afternoon with his tiller. LMAO, serious he did. He phoned first and ask "You for real"? I say uh huh. So, now we got this Tiller thing here to repair. I'll keep yall posted on the progress. We ought to have fun with this. Nice to meet another forum member.

Indeed, the tiller made the trip to Cathouse Marine! I couldn't resist the sales pitch that Steve made... it will, once finished; 1) float; 2) go faster than the 90 HP on my bass boat; and 3) look REAL cool with some headers and a few other high performance bells and whistles! I was ALL IN!! :-)

Great to meet you Steve and a pleasure to get to meet Dee Dee too! Thanks for the hospitatlity and I look forward to skiing behind the tiller once the weather warms up! :-)

That CAT puts a kill switch and lanyard on that beast before you accept delivery. I would suggest that it be highly padded and VERY secure. If that thing gets away from you it is likely to till a swath through your garden, your neighbor's house, the road, four or five power poles, and some cars before you see it heading over the hill. I think that RR would suggest that you put a collar with your name on it and also chip it - that way whoever is close when it runs out of gas will know who to sue for damages. The rooster tail will look like it came from a hot motocross bike in loose pack. How about getting someone to video when you put it in gear and drop the clutch....
