I got stopped and checked Sat. night The officer was to the point and very professional. Keep up the good work!!
I bought a throw cushion Sunday. I think CAT stole it. We got to wittness a chase after our stop.

When you give someone a citation do you also present them with a ticket and/or fine?

If not, what does it take to give a ticket?

The items listed under "Citations" are the tickets that were written OR the custodial arrests made. For example, BUI is a custodial arrest...that person was taken to the county jail. However, "expired registration" is a written citation or ticket, it means the same thing. They are given a copy of the ticket and sent on their way. In general, for a ticket to be issued a violation of the law must be observed by an officer. That is true for any police officer. I'm not sure if that answers your question or not. Gary Buchanan

Know you have your hands full, but hope you/ll keep an eye out for those throttle jockeys who don't care what havoc their wake causes for boats, docks and seawalls.
