A buddy of mine is a retired U.S. Army Major, and has said many times that Carter the First destroyed our military preparedness and moral, I guess Carter the Second is just following in his boot steps...

The very first burial in the new Vetrans Cemetary in Ft Mitchel was a young sailor from Phenix City who was killed in the bombing of the USS Cole.
