Hey Lottie, I suspect the poor rich folks like you and Martini will not see the expiration of the Bush tax cuts. Your wallet is secure.

Please define rich ... seriously what do you call rich? and ... what percent of all the taxes should what you call rich pay? Be a man this time and answer a question ... you do these fly bys, throw some jabs but will never answer a direct question. A while back I asked you what you feel Obama and the democrats have done that you feel is so good for the country, share the positive results they achieved, that has your die hard support. But silence ... I expect the same this time. You again show that you are a spinless puppet. So sad.

Fish ... you should pray every night that "all" the tax cuts are extended so the disaster that Obama and the dems created does not get even worse by raising taxes on the segment that creates 40% of all consumer spending ... which means jobs. If that goes down, then the unemployment rate the dems created will be even higher. If raising taxes helps the economy, we should raise them on everyone and as high as possible to help the economy even more. Get real. BTW ... the dems opposed "all" the Bush tax cuts that they claimed only helped the rich ... yet now they are admitting they helped everyone and are acting like they always supported them. The american people should be thanking the republicans they have the taxes where they are today, since without the republican leadership pushing them ... americans would never have had them. Dems only want to raise taxes and make government bigger.

GF, don't worry about me.  With OCarter (soon to be named OHoover) in office I won't reach $250K in AGI anytime soon with my business losses.  Of course I still take home a hefty salary and make huge shareholder distributions so I will be fine.  Its my employees that I am constantly having to lay off that are being screwed by the incompetence of OCarter/Reid/Pelosi.  That's the way it always is with sheep.....they just baahh along as they are led to the slaughter while the productive find a way around confiscatory taxation.  And by sheep, I mean these are the very same people that voted for the troika of doom and destruction.

I said "will not see the expiration of the Bush tax cuts". Read it again. I am saying that those with family income of $250,000 or over will NOT see the tax cut expire. The tea party wing nuts assume that I am supporting a tax increase for the "rich". I suspect that there will NOT be enough votes in the Senate to increase taxes prior to the election. As to my definition of rich, it is very subjective and as a CPA in THREE states, you are in a better position to define it for us. Income alone does not define rich, rather, you have to include net assets to define rich. Earning $250,000 and living in a small town in the south is a far cry from earning $250,000 in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. I have done both and speak from experience. Now, you tell us as a CPA how you define rich???????

Doesn't matter how either of you define rich. The Democrats and the IRS define it as annual earned income >$250K, and they don't really care what you think. :)

Because that will dictate who will see their tax rates increase.

I am surprised to hear you say there will be no tax increases next year.  Are you certain Dems will vote to extend the Bush tax cuts?  Or do you think they will selectively extend (i.e., all those under $250K)?  It seems to me this would be a total repudiation of OCarter's economic policy and his ardent desire for "fairness".  I hope you are right but if he let's taxes increase for those over $250K he will negatively impact those individuals that comprise over 40% of consumer spending which is grasping defeat from the jaws of victory because of ideology.

Perhaps this is his "October surprise" to try to save the Dems?  I think most Americans will see it as a crass act of cynicism and will not reward them for a Hail Mary pass......a term we Catholics like very much.

your leader defined rich as $200K for single and $250K income for family. I know without a spin it is hard for you to focus ... but I asked you to say what your thought was rich ... do you agree with those levels. The other question I asked is what percent of taxes should the "rich" as you decide or as Hussain Obama has defined, pay of all taxes. Since now 49% pay no federal taxes ... how much more should the rich work to pay for people like you? The last question I asked is to please enlighten us as to what your Muslim leader has done that you feel is right and moving the country in the right direction. Sure you have something to share ... or do you finally agree that Sarah Palin would have done a much better job since she has actually run a state successfully and gets the value of business to the economy.

It is just a few very simple questions jellyfish ... I am confident you can answer without double talk and evading the direct questions. Now be a man for once in your life and answer. I know you have embarrassed yourself so many times in the past ... so now is your time to just answer so you do not further demonstrate how spineless you are.
