Have received a call from a friend that homes are gone in Susanna Crossing, there are full timers in there on Hilyer Rd and and Annes Rd that need help now....my home is/was at 320 Hilyer....thank God we are all in Texas tonight...any reports of 320 Hilyer Rd...its the last house on the right on Hilyer prior to going out to the Island home

Just heard from a member of Union Fire, they have set up triage at Poplar Dawgs on 34. Major damage down that area, they are cutting their way down to reportedly trapped people at Maxwell/Gunter Rec area. Cars/Homes in Lake, Kelly heating/air has gas leak, building is gone. Extensive damage on Hwy 49 as well. Reports 49 from 34 to Dadeville impassable due to trees/debris/power lines in road. Will keep up and post as more information becomes available. Praying we have no fatalities here.

My house is gone, boat gone , boat house, skis and truck all gone. Family is safe all other can be replaced, hope everyone else survived OK..very sad lots of homes in sandy creek/MG/Civitan gone

CRJ_DOC, so very sorry to hear of your losses. You are right though, the things that really matter, your family and friends are okay. Nevertheless, it's a hard one to take. Thinking of you and all the others down that way and all over Alabama that have lost so much. If you need anything please post so we can get up donations to help.
