My wife and family have been coming to Lake Martin for four years, we live in middle GA. We have feel in love with the lake and the people that we have gotten to know. We were fortunate to find a condo to rent for 18 months which will end this September. We come as much as we can and let some close friends use condo too.
I had a Sea Ray V hull mid 90's boat that we really like, but with our grown children and one grandchild on the way we started looking for a pontoon boat about a year ago. We found a very nice one from some one on Lake Martin and got it in October. At that time had 2 boats, so I went by Cat House, ( we are staying on that side of lake) to see if they would help sell my Sea Ray, said they would love to but said it would probably but in the spring. We agreed on what I would sell it for and every thing went great. I also used them to service my new pontoon a few weeks ago and will use them for my service in the years to come.
We love that side of the lake with the restaurants that are close by, look forward to coming to the lake soon.
Thanks,
Leebo

First experience with CAT was winterizing my mid-life crisis boat (Malibu Wakesetter that makes me look 15 years younger, 20 pounds lighter and a lot poorer). At the time I mentioned to him an issue I had with a gimble bearing on my Chris Craft where I was told I needed a $3,700 repair of the housing. CAT looked it over and instead installed a slightly larger bearing at a cost of around $400. Now that is someone interested in a long-term business relationship! CAT, this post will of course cost you a cold one next time I am in the area. :-)
