I am told it is a done deal! Congrats to the seller, and to Tom and Ben for kicking a handful of mill village renters down the road, apparently (I suppose), and conveniently (isn't it?) allowing to accommodate the big man's plans! Stewardship at its finest! A quick jaunt to Sweden is in order!
