In February, I was looking for a builder to do extensive work on my Sandy Creek Estates home. Based upon recommendations in a February post which I have linked below, I used Dean Construction of Alex City. They replaced my siding, windows, doors, garage door, and re-built two decks for me. I could not be happier with their work. Cecil Dean's son, Kevin, was here every second of every task and did a masterful job. They are truly a family business and care very much about getting the job done right. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a building project. Many thanks to laureleg and others for posts leading me in the right direction.

I agree on Dean Construction. I recommend them all the time, especially when my buyers want to change / repair a few things on a home they newly purchased. Cecil's other son Todd also works there. He and Kevin are both great and our family has known theirs for 2 generations. Highly, highly recommended.

Yes, Cecil, Todd, and Kevin were great to work with. Cecil was also here once or twice a day to make sure all was going right.

So, BigFoot, are you building a fortress over there? First, you install two BIG loads of Rip Rap, and now redoing the castle. You hiding some maidens or what?

He got the rip rap so that his pet beavers could spend their time doing things other than building dams.

Cannon and landmine... I get landmine's landmines in my yard all the time.. but both have a side business in waste management. Many mornings my garbage has been rearranged and inventory taken.
