I normally don't use the forum to "advertise" about our garden center and bait shop but wanted to let everyone know that we received a load of palm trees today. They are beautiful! If you know of anyone looking for palms please send them our way. Red Hill Road (229) between Kent and Red Hill. We would love to see you. Also havelive bait and all your bass and crappie fishing needs.

Two kinds - Washington and Sylvester. The are really big palms. We can get the windmill palms in for you if you are looking for them.  I am going to be postin a couple of pics on the SeasonsintheSun facebook page in a little while. It is open to the public so you do not have to have a facebook page to see them. Any questions please email us at lakeseasons@peoplepc.com or call during the day John 334-740-4055

Every time I drive by your place I'm "going somewhere"....When that happens, I keep thinking I need to plan a trip over to see what you have available (your post has served as a reminder). Hopefully I will see you next week.

Can these palm trees really survive and prosper in this area, where Winter temps get into the teens???

My parents had one in Auburn for many years, cut it down earlier this year because it had gotten too big for the location..

Sorry Mack- Grandson has been here for two days and he has me going, going, going. I try to get on the computer very little when he is here- he deserves my undivided attention. Yes they will make it through our winters. There are some palms that would not winter but these two will.
