When I read the title of the post I thought they gave you the good scotch from the top shelf! I always get the cheap stuff when I'm there. Of course they always do great work on my boats so I don't complain. :-).

I met CAT from this board about 5 years ago. I pulled my boat past numerous other "boat mechanics" I had used in the past to Prattville, until he opened up his Lake Martin shop. Last season, he repowered my 32 year old Boston Whaler with a 175 Mercury Optimax. His price beat all others in this area, the quality of work and details they attended to were excellent and it was done in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the decisions he helped me make with this upgrade. Go see him. He knows what he is doing and knows how to treat his customers.

ChrisCraft gets the top shelf stuff and apparently I get the house whiskey. Thankfully we all get the same excellenet quality of boat service........except when he painted the wedge on my wakeboard boat pink.......still trying to recover my testosterone levels from that one.......just kidding....he only threatened to do that.....

Cat fixed my boats 3 years ago. And they stayed fixed. Have not had to go back. I think Cat was on the wagon then so I didn't get whisky

Words of encouragement. I have a couple of boats here I can't get right. I needed those words. I am just lucky to have "Top Shelf" customers like yall. And, yes, I can cook. Those Big Green Eggs just mask bad cooking.
