Try Russell Do it, I know they deliver stone and lumber. Also I have gotten it from Lowes and they deliver but they charge for it.

Russell said they were getting complaints about the straw quality so they are not selling any til they get new from this season.

Carlos McDaniel in Dadeville has the best quality I've found around the lake. He lives in Dadeville just south of town on Hwy 49. I'll see if I can find his cell phone number. He will deliver. Think he charges $4/bale.
