Is it permissable to sink Christmas trees around your dock for brush piles. If so,can you use concrete blocks to secure??  Thank You

Southern Co has done it on Logan Martin the last couple of years. And there's somewhere on their website that they give coordinates of where they place them. Somebody with the Hobos or APCO probably can help you out if you want to go that far. A couple of us volunteered to help them the last couple of years. But to answer your question, they tie 6 or 8 together and use concrete blocks to anchor them.

Peace,

Please make sure you have them deep enough so propellers don't get caught up in submerged brush, rope etc.

Thanks again and will sink them deep. Deep water dock and will take every precaution to look out for fellow fisherman and boaters.
