Subject:	4 year old killed by dogs in Tallassee

USA today no less.  Imagine this little girl being slowly ripped apart.  When are the counties going to address these dogs running all over the place? Who is responsible for public safety? Why don't they act?

    Only after more incidents like this one.  Tallapoosa Co won't even investigate dog nuissance calls...however they did indicate that you can shoot them if threatened.   Doesn't help young children & elderly though.
