I am going to forgo buying this PWC dock.  If you decide to buy it I would not bother telling Alabama power.  I made that mistake yesterday.... This is what I got from AP  $250 for a permit plus they want to use this as a reason to come out and inspect your property to ensure you are in compliance with your current permit...  Amazing regulations

If she was selling it for $150 (which is not reasonable) I might go through the trouble of having Alabama power involved.

Anyone that has lived in this area for a longer length of time could have told you that. Never notify anyone about anything you are doing. Lake Martin isn't known for it's great bass fishing as much as it's known for it's wallet fishing. You'd be amazed at how many show up to get their share of your money once word gets around. Especially if you live in the Alexander City city limits.
