Our Chesapeake Bay Retriever has run off.  We were playing with her in the water when she took off into the woods around 11:00 AM today.  We've looked everywhere and can't find her.  She is solid brown, looks like a very tall Labrador retriever, but with curly hair. Her name is Sadie.  She is a rescue dog that we've only had for five weeks. PLEASE call of you spot her.  256-825-2105 or 850-348-0662.

Might get a collar and a tag too if she didn't have one. According to Vet statistics 90% of lost dogs without a collar and tag never come home. Some are ripped to shreds by coyotes, run over or starve to death.

I agree, so important!  Thank goodness she has a collar and tag and a concerned person found her and called us. She is extremely fast (we've clocked her at 30mph) and strong.  Time to get an invisible fence!
