Thanks for the number.  Will call in a few days.  Finally settled on a traditional short heater somewhat centrally located that will hopefully handle the whole place. BTW, I still have a piece of green paper in my wallet for you......:-)

i think two good weekends and I will be ready for the final phase except for seating the toilet. We haven't decided on flooring yet.
