These stores have been struggling for years now.  If you have been watching, you know that these stores have made a number of attempts to "rebrand" themselves, but it has not gone successfully.  They have ousted leadership; revamped their advertising, and product lines and merchandizing strategies to try to turn things around.   And McDonald's has been under the gun for things such as pink slime in their beef, mystery meat in their McRib sandwichs, chicken past in their McNuggests and the generally unhealthy food that they serve.  Olive Garden has much the same problem.  It has nothing to do with Obamacare.
