Driver: "But, I did not know the limit was 45, I thought it was 55"

Trooper: " Ma'am ignorance of the law is no excuse..........you can go to Camp Hill and settle this fine with those good folks there"

Driver: "Trooper... don't you know who I am, I am HRC..........

Trooper: Gulp......"I am so sorry Ms HRC, did not recognize you in the Mumu..........you can forget that ticket.... I just realized that you did not INTEND to break the speed limit............"

Somewhere in my foggy memory many years ago, I remember someone telling me a tale of the Camp Hill gestapo accosting an ATL dude for driving about 65 on Hwy 34.  Unlike Hillary, he had to pay a bundle!  Did you hear that story?
