Would be suprised that this has not been the case for as long as there has been a white house website.

Like moving into a new house - do you keep the former tenents interior design or make it your own.

appears that the bush white house website went down around 2:02 eastern, so I would say it is quick to change in the first few hours.

After the purge, the update was amazing but has been revised. I fail to understand why they took it down.
