but why can we not use it to limit who can own guns as we have heard many times by our liberal posters....  

So if it is unconstitutional to use for travel, tt would just be perfect to limit your rights to purchase / own a gun.... Right?  SMH.

That would be why we told you years ago that it was a stupid idea and showed examples of members of congress being on the list and having trouble getting off of it.

  Laws allowing the seizure of firearns is a very slippery slope. The test of a law is if it is used as it was not intened. Who is to decide and why? Evidence for siezure could be buying a 20 round mag, a silencer, or a thousand rounds. These reasons could be tightened until almost anyone could have their property siezed without judication. If the Democrats come to power there is no telling what they do. WE KNOW FOR A FACT THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
