So according to you and Doe, the OBVIOUS was that Trump held up State and Defense Ukraine funding on the phone with Zelensky for cooperation.  IMPEACH, IMPEACH you screamed!!  It seems now that the OBVIOUS truth is one which we countered weeks ago, which was Ukraine did not know about the hold-up in funding until ONE MONTH after the phone call.  This charade is falling apart before your very eyes.  Your 2020 election season is poised to be a fiasco.  I, for one, have no sympathy.  All of your own doing.

In the first place there are reams of evidence that Ukraine was made aware a "favor" was being asked in return for funds, but it is illegal for a president to hold up legally appropriated funds until whoever is supposed to receive the funds does something in return which aids the president's campaign.  When that "quid pro quo" becomes apparent to the victim is not the salient point of the law!

While the truth of the above is obvious to any sentient being with an IQ that exceeds his/her shoe size, it is ultimately irrelevant. It is illegal for a foreign individual to contribute anything of value to a candidate for office in the US, and it is also illegal for a candidate to solicit such a contribution. Using the power of the presidency in support of such an effort, is not only a violation of federal election law, it is solicitation of a bribe, one of two specific impeachable crimes named in the Constitution.

"No quid pro quo" is the current fraudulent right-wing talking point, just as "no collusion" was previously. Both are false, but neither matters. The impeachable crimes committed by #45 include those elements, but crimes would remain in their absence.

Biden implicated Obama himself in his crime, and Clinton, Obama and Biden all were using foreign dirt from Ukraine to target Trump and other citizens during the 2016 election.  But that is different because reasons.

Where are the reams of evidence Archie?  Show it to us.  And please don't refer to Taylor's opening statement that we now know he coordinated with Democrats to produce.  We also know that Rep. Ratcliffe decimated it under questioning and all the claims fell to pieces.  That is why Taylor will soon disappear along with the Weaseleaker who has disappeared from the face of the earth whose credibility has been shredded.  Taylor's credibility will likewise be shredded when we see his testimony.  If they had the goods, stop the Star Chamber top-secret, unconstitutional inquiry and vote.  Why won't they vote if they have reams of evidence?

I'll tell what is happening, they are holding back doing anything until the IG Report drops and then they will move in order to bury that in impeachment news.  Their problem is that the IG report and Durham's work are on different trajectories.  What will they do to distract from that one?  And if nBS News is right, Durham has found something which has been described as "spectacular".  It is no wonder DOJ and CIA folks are lawyering up and why Clapper and Brennan are trying to discredit Barr and Horowitz and Durham.  If they have nothing to hide why do that?  Pretty obvious to those of us not suffering from TDS.

Archie, you and the other left wing nuts are setting yourselves up for another big letdown like Russia Collusion 1.0 and 2.0.  Why do that to yourself?  Why not focus on beating him in 2020?  I think we all know the answer to that one as well......like Al Green said, you have to impeach him because he will win again in 2020.

I am still waiting for you to show me one person indicted under that statute for accepting information from a foreign national.  It should be easy, after all you claimed there was all sorts of examples.  Show us one.......I suspect you may have tried and came up empty, I know I did when I looked. And I think you are right, this is an attempt to get in front of other investigations  to take them out of the news cycle as well as election interference looking forward to 2020.  They are scared, even the left wing media is now running stories about can they beat Trump?  Is there anyone else out there who can be a better canidate? The more they dig into Ukraine the more Biden is going to be damanged taking out their current #1.  

It is amazing to the extents that they attempt to protect Biden as a canidate, none of those same considerations were available to Trump during the last election.  It is funny to listen to them talk about investigating Bidens 2016 corruption should be off the table due to him being a canidate, after three years of election / presidential interference by demonrats to rig the 2016 election and hamstring the Whitehouse since the election.

One thing you can count on with Democrats....if they accuse you of something it's because it's what they are doing.  Amazing how much they object to investigating election interference by Ukraine, the UK, Australia, Democrats and the deep state in 2016 while making fake allegations about 2020.  I have come to the conclusion that there is real terror on the left that Trump will be reelected, especially when their misdeeds in 2016 and during the Mueller investigation see the light of day vis-a-vis the IG and Durham.  They know it's their only hope, especially with the clown car of candidates they have running.  In a way, they are suffering from the same thing Alabama voters did with nominating Roy Moore.  Despite all the warning signs that he would be a compromised candidate they still picked him and they got beaten.  Now the loony left fringe Antifa base that gave us the Four Horsewomen of the Apocolypse are making the same mistake.  And a lot of Democrats realize it but are powerless to stop them for fear of getting primaried by some socialist.  And that is a very real fear given that nominations are usually driven by the base.
